Kindergarten has done important scientific research on campus today. We recorded our results together on the board. Our question is at the bottom, while our predictions and conclusions are on the top. We sorted leaves by shape (not color or size) to decide how many different kinds of trees live on Trinity School’s campus. We have a good amount of diversity, it seems, since Kindergarten calculates that we have at least 16 different types of trees on campus. Which prediction below do you think might be the closest to the actual number of tree types in this community?
